With widespread news coverage and the World Health Organisation declaring a pandemic, we at Highbullen have implemented a number of precautionary measures to ensure that our guests have a safe and pleasant visit, and our staff have a safe working environment.
What are we doing?
We have provided hand sanitisers at the front desk, as well as in many other public areas across the resort.
All of our phones, counters, card machines, handles and switches are being regularly disinfected throughout the day by our housekeeping team.
What can we all do?
Please make sure you are thoroughly washing your hands often, for a minimum of 20 seconds, with soap and warm water. Clear guidance on how to wash your hand effectively can be found by clicking here.
If you are feeling unwell, or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please call 111.
If you have travelled to / from an infected area, or have had contact with anyone who has, please seek medical advice and call the resort on 01769 540561 to rearrange your booking or appointment.
What if my booking is affected?
If you have already booked to visit Highbullen and you suspect you may have been exposed to or contracted COVID-19, please call to notify us as soon as possible.We will be happy to move your booking to anytime prior to 31st December 2020. Outside of this circumstance, our normal terms and conditions will apply.
