Relax and unwind with the breathtaking views of Exmoor in our 4-star golf an country club, as we practice the art of Hatha yoga to rebalance, revitalise and replenish. A combination of meditational movement practice to reground and connect ourselves with our bodies & reclaim our inner calm peace and sense of wellbeing.

In this retreat you will find, meditations guided and silent, blissful walks in the beautiful countryside and Pranayama & breath workshop. Serving wholesome food, both delicious and nutritious to refresh and energise the mind an soul. Including free time to relax and unwind in our glorious spa, steam sauna or heated swimming pool, all of which is included in the luxurious wellbeing package Massage and aromatherapy is also available when pre-booked.
